A report of such action shall be reported to the EXECUTIVE for review and to propose any further action. 2. Links to other sites that the Webmaster, and confirmed by the Executive, considered inappropriate, will be immediately discontinued. 3. The Web Site shall not be used for any illegal purposes or anything considered to be detrimental to BUG. 4. Through E-Mail, open debates are not only allowed, but encouraged. However, harmful or slanderous remarks will not be tolerated either directly or by insinuation. 5. The Executive shall approve all commercial advertising in advance of being posted. 6. Links to members pages shall have returning links on the page that BUG links to or a clearly marked sub-page. Members who do not reciprocate links will have their links removed. 7. Using the BUG Web Site carries a responsibility. No BYLAW can be so comprehensive that it covers all eventualities. The Web Master and each user shall be held accountable for his/her actions. 8. The Executive will review violations of this Bylaw as soon as possible and determine what actions would be appropriate. The WebMaster is expected to take action immediately, but those decisions will be reviewed and confirmed or reversed by the Executive. Serious violations will be brought to the immediate attention of the President who will determine whether an emergency meeting of the Executive is required.
