Keeping
with our safety on the net series, Dave Waddling is going to talk about
home networks and how setting one up is easy, and can provide a very good
firewall. He will talk about hubs, routers and using an old PC as a server.
A proposal
to amend the Constitution will be presented and we will be looking for
volunteers to run the annual election in June.

of his internet business, and "how the areas of web management and
software development are merging".

will be an evening of digital photography and digital photo editing.
Mike
Clarke will discuss the use of the digital camera, and some of the principles
of digital versus film photography. Also, moving pictures from the camera
to the computer will be demonstrated.
Paul
Mather will continue from this point and demonstrate editing techniques,
and what to do with the finished product.
