Secretary Report:

Two amendments. a) 360 to 386 b) 3rd Tuesday to 2nd Tuesday. Ray Williams moved, Brian Everett seconded to accept minutes. Unanimous acceptance.

Treasurer’s Report:

Balance $3,651. Room rental to be paid to cover June to September. George Ray moved, Ray Williams seconded that report be accepted. Accepted unanimously.

Membership Report:

Now 31 members, including 1 new member. 28 PC, 2 Am, 1 64. George passed around copy of memo sent to members late in paying. Council commended him on a successful effort.

Newsletter Report:

Usual request for content. New SIGs asked to contribute as well.

Web Report:

Digital Imaging and Video SIG pages now available for viewing. Amended constitution will be available on site, ready for viewing in preparation for the member=s vote next month. Also, future email to website will be forwarded to the appropriate recipient.

C64 and Amiga SIG:

C128 has been given to person for parts.

PC SIG:

Spring Cleaning meeting went well.

May:
a) Voting on Constitutional amendments.
b) Utilizing photos in digital form (slide shows etc.).
c) Demo of Fltsim 2004.
d) Q and A=s.

June:
a) Executive Vote
b) Installing, formatting and partitioning a hard drive.

Digital Imagery SIG:

12 at meeting. Composition, camera use and slide show.

Video SIG:

Videos taken of presentations at last general meeting. To be put together and edited by SIG for a future presentation.

Other Business:

a) April 29 and May 27 Ray and Paul to attend organizing meetings for
(Barrie Event) and BUG`s display there.
b) Continuing to pursue BUG membership in APCUG
c) Library display to be put in this Sunday for two weeks.

New Business:

It has been recommended that we start looking for a multimedia projector; prices to be brought to next meeting.
