Secretary’s Report

Treasurer’s Report
Total Balance as of May 10, 2005, $1,892.19. Acceptance of this report moved by Ken and seconded by Ray. Passed

Membership Report
George reported 33 members. 21 members and 2 visitors attended the May meeting. Paul has sent a new membership form. It is posted on the web site.

Newsletter Report
Don reported he had managed to put all the information sent him on two sides of a page.

Webmaster
Paul had nothing to report for the website. The buy/trade/sell section is empty. E-mail Mike with info.

Vintage SIG
No report

PC SIG
The maps were done in May and then some little programs available for XP

October - Genealogy

Digital Imaging SIG Report
Five members went walking and picture taking at the Gables. We then returned to 86 Herrell and looked at some of the pictures on the screen. We were lacking a connector for some of the cameras so those pictures will be shown next time. At the June meeting we will see what the group did with their photos.

Video SIG
There was no meeting last month. The group is planning with Dave to present a program on networking in August.

New Business
For Celebrate Barrie on June 4th (10.00 to 5.30 pm) we have a tent 10' X 10", 3 tables and 6 chairs. There will be a meeting on May 26 at City Hall at 5.30 pm. Ray will be there and possibly Dave.

A sympathy card and a cheque for RVH will be sent to Mr. Hamilton’s on the death of his wife. Dave will be consulted as to the amount.

June 16th 6.00 pm Executive meeting and BBQ at Mike’s. Bring your own meat. Bring the inventory of your supplies.
