Minutes were waived, as Elizabeth was absent.

Treasurer’s Report
Total balance as of July 3, 2005 - $1,864.44
Acceptance of this report moved by George and seconded by Ray. Passed

Membership Report
George reported 34 members. 24 members one visitor attended the July meeting.

Newsletter Report
No report

Anniversary Committee
Ray reported Paul Bennett will participate as co-chair. Several ideas where presented by Ray for consideration, an extra half hour added to the June 2008 meeting with tables etc. set up. Invite former members (Palvik). Special invitations to as many former members as possible. Silver bug on the newsletter.

Webmaster
Paul provided an update on changes to the web site.

Vintage SIG
No report

PC SIG
Mike demonstrated Panorama software. Paul gave information about traveling with electronic gear and many sites on the net of interest to persons traveling.

Digital Imaging SIG Report
9 members met at 25 William St and walked to the lake to take pictures of a Dragon boat practice as well as Lakeshore shots. Returned to 25 William where cold refreshments were served after a very hot walk. Dave presented all the pictures by using the memory cards. All cards were different)
Mike requested that we send him copies of the pictures to be presented to members of the dragon boat team.
August – May not be a meeting as many members on holidays
September – Meeting will take place at the Public Library – Putting pictures on the Web.

Video SIG
Ken – Meeting last Thursday of the month. Discussed how to deal with the end product and Dave’s problem from a technical standpoint. Next meeting Thursday July 21, 2005

New Business
Hall rental for BBQ in Anten Mills tentative date September 17, 2005. Final date etc. will be on the web site.
Mike requested that we all join the Barrie Forestry Club. All agreed and suggested a field trip.
