Business Arising From Minutes
Ray contacted Erin of City Hall concerning our participation in Celebrate Barrie on the first week-end in June. He explained what we will need, particularly a 10’ X 10’ tent and access to electricity. She was pleased with our plans and promised to get back to him with confirmation.

Ray brought information on LCD monitors Paul hopes to find a suitable one for about $500.00. He will call the members of the executive for approval if he is successful.

Brian, Elizabeth and Ken will go to our Canada Trust Branch and get the signatures changed for the Club.
