At the October meeting David and Paul took a review of what our members
do with their computers. He hopes to encourage members to demonstrate
some of their methods.
The November meeting
will be about Networking. Paul will give a presentation and Dave will
demonstrate.
Mike is thinking about
electonics as the subject for December. We might have someone come and
show the latest “giszmos”.

The DI SIG met on Tuesday October 9th at Henry’s store in Barrie.
There were 10 members present and one visitor. David Burton gave an excellent
presentation on calibrating your monitor, using Huey to match your monitor

and showed samples.
Next month the Di
SIG is to meet at 7.15 at the Carriage House Picture Framing store at
110 Anne St. in Barrie for a short overview of how to present our prints.
We ate to bring one each. We will go back to the library for the remainder
of the evening.
Paul is working on
a presentation on how to make your digital stills into a video. He has
offered to show it to the DI group in the spring.

Some discussion was given to organization of future meetings and Kathleen
received some suggestions regarding her programming difficulties.
