We have the use of the play ground, pavilion and hall. So come rain or shine, join in on the festivities.

We hope to have a collection of the club's historical documents (newsletters, picture's, videos etc.) for those wishing to look into BUG's past. This also is a great time for some one-on-one Q&A.

If nothing else come out for some fresh air, horseshoes and ..... the CORN!

It is suggested that you bring enough of your favourite meal for yourselves. Please also bring a dessert or salad to share with others.

Barbecues will be provided for those that wish to cook their meat.
Cold soft drinks will be provided.
Corn on the cob will also be available provided the local growers have a sufficient supply. (Bring your corn pics!)

Alcohol is not permitted!

Although we are under a shelter, warm cloths / rain gear etc. might be required, according to the weather. You also may want to bring a lawn chair ..... the tables seats are rather hard.

People will start arriving after 1 and we tend to eat when people get hungry. So if you can only come for an hour or two, come when you can and say hello.

 

Directions: (there will be a BUG sign in front of the Hall grounds).

Easy Route (from Bayfield St) :

Take Bayfield Street North to County Road 27 -
proceed north to Horseshoe Valley Road,
turn left (west) -
proceed for 4.5km -
the hall is on the left - (total 17km)

Shortcut (from Sunnydale Rd) :

Sunnidale Road west to Wilson Drive -
Right (north) on Wilson Drive -
Cross Highway No. 26 and continue north -
turn left onto Horseshoe Valley Road West -
proceed for 0.3km -
the hall is on the left - (total 20km).
(Why the shortcut is further? Hint: Bayfield St.)
