Join BUG Membership in the Barrie Users Group (BUG) is open to all who have a genuine interest in computing - home or office. Application form. We welcome users of PCs (Windows), Commodore C64/128, Amiga, and ALL other types of computers. Our members consist of a mix of people at every age, gender and level, from new computer users to experts in nearly every field. We are people like you, who want to learn more about computers and computer software. We want to be able to go into computer stores and know what we are buying, what questions to ask, and what is a fair price. We want to know how to do our own basic maintenance and to use the software we purchase to its fullest capabilities. BUG members enjoy benefits such as: Monthly
meetings Newsletter Local computer newspapers Participation in other Club sponsored activities Access to an extensive library of public domain and shareware programs Access to a large knowledge base of information and practical experience Monthly Club meetings (see the Meetings
page for dates and scheduling), run from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the
large conference room of the Barrie Public Library, where problems are
shared and solutions suggested (Tips).
